The infusion chosen to represent this initiative is a Rooibos, a relaxing infusion that faithfully reflects Galán’s diet at the Winston Sanctuary, with blackberries, raspberries and flowers, as well as sunflower petals used to give it more shine. At first, in order to represent the strength and majesty of this horse, a black tea base was considered, but then something softer and sweeter was chosen that better reflects the times of peace and tranquility that accompany retirement.
